Education & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in BPO / Call centre
  • Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
  • Highly organized with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
