- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in BPO / Call centre
- Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
- Highly organized with a focus on time management and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
