Main Responsibilities:
1. Talent Mapping and Recruitment Channel Management
- Source key and high-end talent through multiple channels
- Clarify key talent distribution, formulate and update talent map
- Formulate and optimize recruitment channel strategy; manage recruitment channels
- Develop and maintain Talent Resource Pool for Key, Immediate and Future Positions.
2. Recruitment and Allocation:
- Manage all level of recruitment within Nepal Office; Work closely with Business Department; understand resource requirement and delivery as per recruitment needs.
- Draft job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers.
- Source (Headhunt/Channel/Reference/Advertisement) candidates as per the business requirement from local and overseas market, resume screening, reference check, conduct qualification checks.
- Interview management following company standard interview management guideline.
- Onboarding management (joining formalities, employment contract, new employee orientation, and probation management)
- Handle end-to-end campus recruitment program.
3. Other HR Functional Responsibilities:
- Capability development/ Training and development
- Develop and implement Talent attraction and search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates.
- Employee relationship management
- Performance management
- Exit Management.
