Main Responsibilities:

1. Talent Mapping and Recruitment Channel Management

  • Source key and high-end talent through multiple channels
  • Clarify key talent distribution, formulate and update talent map
  • Formulate and optimize recruitment channel strategy; manage recruitment channels
  • Develop and maintain Talent Resource Pool for Key, Immediate and Future Positions.

 

2. Recruitment and Allocation:

  • Manage all level of recruitment within Nepal Office; Work closely with Business Department; understand resource requirement and delivery as per recruitment needs.
  • Draft job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers.
  • Source (Headhunt/Channel/Reference/Advertisement) candidates as per the business requirement from local and overseas market, resume screening, reference check, conduct qualification checks.
  • Interview management following company standard interview management guideline.
  • Onboarding management (joining formalities, employment contract, new employee orientation, and probation management)
  • Handle end-to-end campus recruitment program.

 

 3. Other HR Functional Responsibilities:

  • Capability development/ Training and development
  • Develop and implement Talent attraction and search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates.
  • Employee relationship management
  • Performance management
  • Exit Management.
