Executive Search of Merojob is recruiting on behalf of a prominent IT Company. We seek a dynamic candidate for this position. The candidate will plan, coordinate, and execute HR management training programs in collaboration with educational institutions, industry experts, and software providers to enhance skills and competencies among HR professionals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify training needs and trends in HR management through collaboration with internal stakeholders, industry associations, and market research.
  • Develop comprehensive training plans and schedules for in-class and software-based training programs.
  • Source and liaise with external training providers, instructors, and software vendors to design and deliver high-quality training content.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, participant registrations, and materials preparation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote training programs and increase participation.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery of training initiatives.

  • Training Effectiveness: Measure participant satisfaction and learning outcomes.
  • Program Participation: Track attendance rates and training program utilization.
  • Cost Management: Manage training budget and expenses within allocated resources.
  • Partnership Development: Expand and nurture relationships with training providers and industry experts.
