Job Description:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring efficient workflow and loyalty to operations procedures.
• Coordinate with the KTM hub to optimize operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports on hub performance, including key metrics such as on-time delivery and
  efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new drivers, ensuring they are familiar with company policies,
  procedures, and safety guidelines
• Address driver concerns, inquiries, and disciplinary issues fairly and promptly.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding fleet operations, challenges, and
  opportunities.
• Reconcile and Collect the amount and returned products from a delivery agent.
• Update the status and payment in the delivery sheet and submit the cash to Accounts.
• Creating orders in Hermes and 3PL and printing stickers
• Assign pick-up agents to pick up the product from the vendors
• Receive incoming packages and verify the accuracy of information provided.
• Inside Valley product handover to Transportation and Buddha.
• Conduct market research to identify potential merchants and business opportunities.
• Reach out to potential merchants and present the benefits of partnering with our company.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with acquired merchants to ensure long-term
  satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate contract terms and agreements with merchants.

Job Specification:

• Must have bachelor degree in Management (Marketing to be prefer]
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
