Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor in Hospital Care Management (BHCM) / Masters in Hospital Care Management (MHCM) / Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
- Proven work experience in HR management (at least 2 to 5 years), preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in context of Nepal.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in implementing HR systems from the ground up.
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific HR challenges and best practices.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with MS – Word, MS – Excel.
- Ability to facilitate training.
