Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor in Hospital Care Management (BHCM) / Masters in Hospital Care Management (MHCM) / Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Proven work experience in HR management (at least 2 to 5 years), preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in context of Nepal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR software (HRIS) and systems.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in implementing HR systems from the ground up.
  • Knowledge of healthcare-specific HR challenges and best practices.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with MS – Word, MS – Excel.
  • Ability to facilitate training.

 

Note: 

  • Salary will be based on Candidate experience.
