Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at GCG International in Kathmandu. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. • Performance Management and HR Policy Development skills
• Experience in implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
