Education and Experience:

• Completion of secondary education is required, preferably supplemented by technical or university courses (Bachelor’s) relevant to the functional area of work.
• Candidate with secondary education, minimum 6 years of progressively responsible experience in core human resources functions is required. Exceptional consideration for general administration experience must have minimum 3 years recent focused in human resources functions.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in core human resources functions.
• Knowledge and experience to independently carry out basic HR functions is required.
• Strong skills and experience in using different HR working software, tools and systems is required.
• Experience in the UN or other international NGOs an asset.
• Passion for and absolute compliance with ethical and core values and principles is required.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Nepali language is required. Knowledge of another official UN language is an asset.
