Your Responsibilities:
- You will manage and maintain the company's Windows and cloud infrastructure and manage Windows Server deployments on Azure Cloud-based servers for maximum performance, uptime, and availability.
- You will implement and maintain security policies and procedures, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. You will perform Windows and Azure administration tasks, such as managing and implementing GPOs. Configuring and managing Azure virtual machines.
- You will be implementing and managing Azure security policies, administering incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices, and administering patch management processes to ensure that all systems are up to date with the latest security patches.
- You will be involved in administering vulnerability management processes to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in the company's IT infrastructure and administering remediation processes to fix security vulnerabilities that have been identified.
- You will be involved in administering performance management processes to monitor the performance of the company's IT infrastructure and troubleshoot performance issues to identify and resolve problems that are affecting the performance of the company's IT infrastructure.
- You will perform root cause investigations for major support incidents or problems and provide feedback to seniors and client management.
- You will take part in an on-call roster and shift work to provide Level 1 & 2 support globally based on shift and provide coaching and guidance to team members on technical troubleshooting and investigation.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Windows and cloud administration.
- Experience in managing operations in Azure Cloud, including monitoring and backup.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other Windows networking technologies.
- Solid understanding and experience of Azure administration.
- Experience with Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, and previous Windows server versions.
- Certification: Azure and Windows certifications MCSA MCSE is desired.
- Knowledge of ITIL is desired; certification is optional.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
