• Licensed Interior Designer with 5+ years of experience in the field
• Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Having prior experience in the hospitality industry would be beneficial
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to design and oversee the construction of buildings, landscapes, and other structures.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to understand their needs and objectives for the project
• Preparing and presenting design proposals, including detailed drawings and models
• Create and present design concepts, renderings, and drawings to clients
• Coordinate with other professionals, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers, to ensure that all aspects of the project are integrated into the final design
• Develop detailed architectural/Interior drawings and specifications for construction documents
• Conduct site visits to ensure interior construction is in compliance with design documents
• Oversee the interior construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications
• Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support throughout the design process
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and materials.
