Job Description:

• Develop interior design concepts in line with client requirements, project goals, and aesthetic preferences.
• Create detailed interior design proposals, including layouts, furniture selections, materials, finishes, and lighting plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity and compliance with project requirements.
• Provide design input and engineering solutions as value-added services to clients.
• Prepare and present design presentations to clients, explaining design concepts and recommendations effectively.
• Oversee project implementation from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, monitor construction progress, and resolve design-related issues.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and craftsmen to source materials, furniture, and accessories that meet design specifications and budget requirements.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, materials, and technologies to continually innovate and enhance design solutions.
