As an Interiors Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the execution of our interior design projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality designs that adhere to project specifications while maintaining budget and schedule integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Oversee the execution of interior design projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
2. Planning and Coordination: Assist in project planning, collaborating with team members to establish clear goals and deliverables.
3. Design Quality: Ensure all designs meet quality standards and align with project specifications.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to develop integrated design solutions that enhance project outcomes.
5. Material Selection: Lead the selection of materials, finishes, and furnishings, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client preferences.
6. Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
7. Budget and Schedule Management: Oversee the interior design budget and schedule, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
8. Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and quality throughout the construction process.
9. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve design-related issues promptly to maintain project momentum and integrity.
10. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends and best practices to inform project decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
