Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated Payment Recovery Intern to join our finance team. The intern will support the team in recovering outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient and effective collection processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Recovery

• Follow up with clients through phone calls, emails, and letters to secure payment.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers.
   

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of all communications and actions taken regarding payment recovery.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of overdue accounts and recovery efforts.
