Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field: professional certification audit.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, risk management, or compliance, preferably in the nonprofit sector or with NGOs.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, Principles, and techniques, including risk assessment methodologies and control frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with high degree of accuracy and integrity in performing audit work and maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency in relevant software application, familiarity with accounting system etc.
