Job Description:
- Proactively identify and bring in new vacancies from existing and potential clients
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and experience
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an international recruiter
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for international roles and bringing in new client vacancies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients globally
- Ability to work night shifts and rotational schedules
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
