Other Specification:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international ticketing with expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of international flight routes, fare structures, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
  • GDS Expertise: Proficiency in using and troubleshooting GDS systems for booking, reissuing, and managing international tickets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, airlines, and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle customer concerns and requests efficiently.
  • Airline Relations: Established relationships with airlines and industry partners, with a focus on maintaining positive professional connections.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in ticketing, documentation, and customer interactions.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to resolve issues related to bookings, cancellations, and ticket changes swiftly and professionally.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

 

Working Hours: Full-time, 6 days a week (Sundaay to Friday). Office hours may vary, with occasional overtime as needed.
