• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completion.
• Experience: 2+ years.
• Should be detailed oriented, pro-active and problem solving.
• Should be good in basic math and computers.
• Computers programs that may be used: Excel, Word, Swastik Software, Outlook emailing. 
• Should have a motorbike/scooter license.
• Should be fluent in understanding and writing in Nepali and English.

Job Description:

• Responsible for maintaining up to date Inventories for different kind of raw materials in a continuous manner.
• Conducting regular counts to determine availability and work with office manager and factory manager to put in new orders for inventories.
• Billing and invoicing for dispatch and receivables. 
• Use a computer to send electronic invoices and for inventory data entry. 
• Manage and task workers in transporting inventories. 
• Forecasting future inventory needs.
• Preparing inventory for delivery to customers.
• Addressing problems in supply chain and delivery and finding appropriate solutions.
