Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic investment plan to attract funding from local and international PE/VC firms, family offices, institutional investors, and government funding agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, including attending industry events, networking, and conducting outreach campaigns.
- Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models to potential investors, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and growth potential.
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial, operational, and strategic information for investor presentations.
- Negotiate investment terms, deal structures, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks related to fundraising activities.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to facilitate investor inquiries and requests.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and the board of directors on fundraising progress, investor relations, and market insights.
