Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic investment plan to attract funding from local and international PE/VC firms, family offices, institutional investors, and government funding agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, including attending industry events, networking, and conducting outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare and present investment proposals, pitch decks, and financial models to potential investors, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial, operational, and strategic information for investor presentations.
  • Negotiate investment terms, deal structures, and agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks related to fundraising activities.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to facilitate investor inquiries and requests.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and the board of directors on fundraising progress, investor relations, and market insights.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Funds Raised: Achieve fundraising targets within specified timelines.
  • Investor Conversion Rate: Measure the success rate of converting investor leads into committed investments.
  • Investor Satisfaction: Evaluate investor feedback and satisfaction levels with the investment process and communications.
  • Deal Closure Time: Track and optimize the average time taken to close investment deals.
