Academic and Professional Qualification:
- Bachelors of engineering in information Technology or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Must possess following Basic IT Skills
- Installing/removing software in Windows 10, 11 +
- Installing and using a local printer & network printer
- Trouble shooting network problem
- Good to have Graphic Design Skills
- Experience in technical support /customer support
- Use of attendance systems
- Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong Communication skills (Nepali, English and Hindi)
