- Support on all the daily issue either it related to hardware or software.
- Froward the Issue to proper vender and ensure the proper solution in eliminated/minimized within
- agreed upon timeline.
- Handle all the responsibility of his subordinate and senior in their absent.
- Ensure Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) Average time (e.g., in hours) between the occurrence of an
- incident and its resolution.
- Help manage IT inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses.
