Department: Commercial, IT & Ground Operations

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leverage technology to optimize processes, analyze data, and support decision-making to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
• Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing insights into emerging technologies and IT trends that could impact sales, revenue, and analysis functions.
• Communicate and coordinate directly with China IT team and vendors for evaluating and recommending IT solutions and innovations that have the potential to enhance operational efficiency, revenue generation, and customer experience.
• Optimize IT infrastructure and resources to support the scalability and performance requirements of sales and revenue processes
• Be responsible for Project Management, Technical Support, Systems Analyst and Software/ Hardware Tester.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with experience.
• Proficient in Chinese speaking and writing.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in a related field with minimum of 5 years work experience in International Airlines.
