Job Description
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
- Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
- Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on various projects.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.
Job Requirements
- Proven 6 months of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
