Job Description

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in various systems.
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on various projects.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and communication.

 

Job Requirements

  • Proven 6 months of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
