Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including printers, scanners, CCTVs and other peripherals
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Perform regular backups and ensure data security
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff members
• Conduct routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Maintain inventory of hardware and software, and assist with procurement as needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
• Experience with Windows Operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
