Academic and Professional Qualification:

• Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must possess following Basic IT Skills.
• Installing/removing software in Windows 10, 11 + Installing and using a local printer & network printer Troubleshooting network problem Good to have Graphic Design Skills Experience in technical support /customer support Use of attendance systems Experience in Digital Marketing is a plus.

Personal Skill:

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Strong Communication skills (English, Nepali and Hindi).
