Job Description:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Japanese language lessons for students of different proficiency levels.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet educational goals and foster student learning.
- Incorporate various teaching methodologies and tools (audio, visual, and multimedia) to enhance the learning experience.
- Assess students' progress and provide timely feedback and evaluations.
- Assist students in developing reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Japanese.
- Promote Japanese culture, customs, and etiquette as part of language instruction.
- Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Prepare students for proficiency exams such as the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), NAT, J-CERT.
- Organize and participate in cultural events and language immersion activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the educational goals of the institution.
Job Specification:
- N3 or above level Japanese Language Proficiency is prefered.
- Previous experience teaching Japanese to non-native speakers is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Japanese culture and customs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to use a variety of teaching methods and technology to engage students.
- Experience with digital language learning platforms and tools.
- Ability to create customized learning plans based on students' needs.
- Experience in teaching students of different age groups (children, teenagers, and adults).
- Some Knowledge on documentation is plus.
