Other Specification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. NAT / JLPT N2 Level Certification or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Japanese language courses.
• Proficiency in Japanese language, with a strong grasp of grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
• Familiarity with the NAT / JLPT exam structure, question types, and scoring criteria.
• Excellent command of English and Japanese languages, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using teaching aids and technology to enhance learning.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description:

• Conduct Japanese language classes for students at various levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that are aligned with NAT / JLPT Exam formats and meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Provide individualized instruction to students to help them improve their Japanese language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Administer practice tests and provide detailed feedback to help students understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and best practices in Japanese language education.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and performance.
• Assist in developing and updating study materials and resources.
• Offer guidance and support to students regarding exam strategies and time management.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
