Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Japanese language curricula.
- Teach Japanese language classes, including grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support.
- Organize and conduct language practice sessions and cultural activities.
- Assist students in preparing for Japanese language proficiency exams (e.g., JLPT).
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience teaching Japanese language.
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for teaching and cultural exchange.
- Experience living or studying in Japan.
- Familiarity with Japanese culture and customs.
- Experience with online teaching platforms and tools.
