Job Description:

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business requirements.
• Identify all stakeholders and collaborate to determine project scope, vision and feasibility.
• Translate into functional design and use case documents. Uses thorough knowledge of business needs to prepare Business Requirement Documents.
• Work with business and technology teams to coordinate on business technology activities.
• Use documented processes and guidelines to conduct tests after completion of projects.
• Serve as point of contact or subject matter expert for both the business and technology teams on specific projects.
• Provide data and information to team members, as needed.
• Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.

Job Specification:

• Must have completed bachelor’s degree in IT
• Running or completed master’s degree in business or project management preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  1-2 years of total work experience preferred.
• Prior experience in business analysis strongly preferred.
