Job Description:

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing strategies across various platforms (social media, search engines, etc.) to drive awareness and engagement for both drivers and riders.
• Push Notifications and Engagement: Manage and optimize push notifications for customer and driver engagement, ensuring timely communication of promotions, updates, and service reminders.
• Customer and Driver Funneling & Conversion Tracking: Analyze and optimize the conversion funnel for both drivers and riders, from acquisition to activation, ensuring smooth on boarding and high conversion rates.
• Key Activities Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the team to plan, organize, and implement marketing activities like promotions, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns that align with business goals.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives using KPIs, providing insights to improve strategies and address operational gaps.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), content creation, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills, experience with funnel analysis.
