Responsibilities of a Junior Finance Officer:
1. Financial Record Maintenance
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Input financial transactions into the accounting software.

2. Accounts Payable/Receivable

- Support the senior finance team in generating monthly or quarterly financial statements.
6. Compliance and Auditing
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing for audits by providing necessary documents and information.
- Help with tax filing processes and compliance with legal and financial regulations.
7. Data Analysis and Support
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
8. Other General Tasks
- Ensure that financial concerns are communicated to clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- As needed, help the financial team with additional administrative duties.
