Job Description:

• Assist in managing customer relationships, responding to queries, and engaging with consumers on digital platforms to promote positive sales.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
• Lead Generation & Maintenance of existing customer database
• Work closely with your concern line manager
• Create Marketing materials as needed
• Assist in planning and executing events such as International Pet Fairs
• Collaborate with the production team and logistics to ensure the timely dispatch of product samples and customer orders, maintaining communication across departments to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Be flexible with working hours to accommodate calls or virtual meetings with international clients or partners across different time zones.
