Eligibility: He/she should be a SEE graduate with a minimum of three years of work experience in a similar position in any corporate outlet. Persons with good practical knowledge over mass-cooking of vegetarian food are encouraged to join our team.
Key Responsibility:
- As a head/manager of kitchen, he/she is basically responsible for the on-time preparation and production of stated nutrition-defined, quality & quantity of ‘mid-day-meal’ for supply and delivery to 3,000 ECD to class V students of 18 community schools in that area. Ensure an utmost sense of food hygiene in its preparation and service delivery by maintaining cleanliness among all attending staff and their work-place.
- Devise new menu items, he/she should be capable of identifying some new organic veg food items in coordination with nutritionist to add to existing menu for seasonal change.
- As a procurement associate, he/she is required to be part of a team under Manager – Operations in managing and executing necessary daily procurement process. Ensure that the quality and quantity of the supplied items are up to the mark.
- As a protocol compliant associate, he/she is required to help maintain work-place discipline, create an environment of sharing and learning; and comply with our set standard of office ‘protocol’ among team-mates.
