Garuda Municipality announces the recruitment of qualified technical personnel on a contractual basis for various positions in the municipality's health institutions.

Eligible Nepali citizens are invited to submit their applications along with the original receipt of the revenue payment made to Garuda Municipality's internal revenue account 2412050525918008 at NIC ASIA Bank by 2:00 PM within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice. 

The office will provide the application form, fee details, job description, salary, and service conditions. Interested applicants can also submit their applications within an additional 7 (seven) days by paying double the application fee.

Group: Health Medical Lab

Level: Assistant Level - 4th

Exam Fee: NPR 500/-

Educational Qualifications: Must have passed the Lab Assistant course from a recognized institution and be registered with the relevant council with a renewed license.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age:

   • Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years.
   • Women must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years.
   • Nutrition Facilitators must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 45 years.
   • Office Assistants and Sweepers must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 55 years.

2. Application Submission Location: Office of Garuda Municipality, Garuda, Rautahat.

3. Application Deadline: Within 15 (fifteen) days from the notice publication date. Applications can be submitted on the next working day if the last day falls on a public holiday.

4. Types of Examinations:

   • Written Test and Interview: For most positions.
   • Interview Only: For Sweepers and Office Assistants.

5. Documents to Submit with Application: Copies of the following documents, self-certified by the applicant;

   • Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
   • Copy of academic transcripts.
   • Copy of character certificate.
   • Two passport-sized photographs.
   • Copy of registration certificate (renewed) with the relevant council.
   • Experience certificate, if required.
   • For Office Assistants and Sweepers, only the citizenship certificate and two photos are required.

6. Examination Date and Venue: It will be published later.

9. Selection Process: Based on the criteria and procedures outlined in the Garuda Municipality Technical Personnel Management Procedure, 2079 and the decision of the Executive.
