Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of TDS (Technical Data Sheets): Prepare and maintain TDS for all adhesive types, including white adhesive, rubber adhesive, SBS adhesive, cyanoacrylate adhesive, silicone sealant, tape adhesive, epoxy adhesive, tile adhesive, and membrane adhesive.
• Sample and Raw Material Testing: Test batches and raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Pilot Vessel Operations: Run pilot vessels for experimental and production-scale adhesive testing.
• Chemical Analysis & Characterization: Analyze, synthesize, purify, modify, and characterize chemical and biochemical compounds related to adhesive formulations.
• Leadership & Team Supervision: Provide leadership to lab staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on innovation, efficiency, and safety.
• Adhesive Testing: Lead the testing process for all types of adhesives, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of results.
• Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies, technology, and testing procedures.
