Other Specification:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician in the construction/real estate industry or related field
• Fluency in Chinese language
• Fluency in English communication (Writing and Speaking)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting laboratory tests and experiments on various construction materials, including asphalt, concrete, and soil
• Familiarity with testing equipment and proficiency in performing tests accurately and efficiently
• Analyzing and interpreting test results and preparing comprehensive reports
• Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and regulations
• Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment as needed
• Collaborating with engineers and project managers to provide technical support and assistance in materials selection and quality control
• Staying updated with industry standards and trends and suggesting improvements for laboratory procedures
• Maintaining records and documentation of all test results and reports.
