Job Description:
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments. Ensure they are calibrated and in proper working condition.
- Record and analyze test results accurately. Prepare detailed reports on findings and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to optimize product formulations, improve processes, and resolve quality issues.
- Ensure adherence to industry-specific standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all lab procedures.
- Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in the laboratory to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Identify issues and deviations in product quality, troubleshoot them, and propose corrective actions in consultation with the senior management team.
