• Collect Acquisition Leads from the offer of different sources and keep database of Acquisition Leads.
• Determining organization's need for additional land.
• Inspecting, appraising, and assessing property.
• Report preparation after technical, financial and market survey.
• Office and site based procurement planning of construction material.
• Mobilizing purchase executives for property inspection.
• Research potential land and provide details.
• Regular land projects site visits.
