Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Change, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in climate change adaptation or community development.
- Strong understanding of climate change issues and adaptation strategies, with a focus on mountainous or remote regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in Upper Mustang.
- Proven experience in facilitating community participation and building local capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Experience in coordinating media or filming projects is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Nepali; knowledge of local languages of Upper Mustang is a plus.
