Job Description

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and workshops.
  • Manage the implementation of learning solutions across the organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Oversee the development and management of learning resources and materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development and integrate new techniques as appropriate.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience 5 years of experience in Corporate Industry
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Passion for creating a positive learning culture.
