Job Requirements
- Bachelors/Master Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Proven experience 5 years of experience in Corporate Industry
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.
- Understanding of adult learning principles.
- Passion for creating a positive learning culture.
