Job Description:
- Identify training needs for employees and assist in the design, development and delivery of various training and development curricula and activities
- Liaise with training institutes, find suitable trainers according to the training need identified and finalize training programs and trainers based on it
- Proactively and creatively assist in the assessment of learning programs and processes in the company and recommend improvements
- Perform research-based study on various organizational concerns and suggest recommendations
- Maintain a pool of talent or potential in the organization and track their performance
- Lead the operation of the Learning Management System
- Assist in distance learning for employees of all levels
- Involve in projects and activities for overall human resources and organizational development
- Keep track of all the finances related to the vendors and ensure timely payments
- Assist in the travel arrangement processing on need basis.
