Job Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support to the automobile division on a wide range of issues including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation matters.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to the division’s operations, including supplier agreements, distribution agreements, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with inter-departments to address legal issues impacting the division’s activities and business strategies.
• Negotiate and liaise with external parties, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors, on behalf of the division.

Job Specifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a legal role, with at least 2 years of experience in the automobile industry or related sectors
• Master’s degree in law (LLM)/Bachelor’s/degree in law (LLB)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Proven track record of providing legal counsel and support to business operations, including contract negotiation and regulatory compliance.
