Qualifications/Skills

• Required academic Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Required Experience: Minimum 5 years in relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinking and Decision Making Skill.

Responsibilities

1. Provide legal advice and counsel to the organization, its management, and employees on various legal issues related to VAT and Tax.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret contracts and agreements on behalf of the organization.
3. Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws.
4. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and meditation, or work closely with external counsel to handle such matters.
5. Prepare legal documents, strategies, and arguments for cases, laws and regulations in its operations.
