Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and support to management on a wide range of legal issues including contracts, labor law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the organization’s interests are protected.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on necessary actions.
