Qualifications | Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Law from recognized Institution, Master Degree preferred
- Must be a license advocate with membership in the Nepal Bar Council
- Minimum Three Year experience as legal officer or in Similar legal positions, preferably in the ISP, Telecommunications or Technology industry
- Proven experience in contract management, litigation, corporate governance and Government relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Compliance with legal regulations, industry standards and Internal policies
- Monitor legal changes, provide compliance advice and manage legal documentation
- Oversee litigation, contract execution and legal risk management
- Provide legal support for corporate governance, dispute resolution and intellectual property protection
- Liaise with internal and external consultant and regulatory bodies, other government bodies representing the company legal matters.
