- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from recognized university.
- At least one year of experience in BFIs or 3 years of experience in law firm with sound knowledge in legal and credit department.
- Must have excellent communication skill (English, Nepali).

Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant local and national laws, including financial, employment, and corporate regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and advise management on potential implications for the business.
- Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management: Handle or supervise legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation cases involving the company.
