- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; Master’s degree (LLM) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate or financial sector.
- Sound knowledge of Nepali legal frameworks, including labor law, contract law, and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and other regulatory policies.
- Assist in managing company assets, legal records, and intellectual property.

- Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support on operational matters.
