Job Description:
- Lead from planning to execution and reporting of event activations while ensuring alignment with brand strategy & objectives. Having a commercial mindset at all times - especially when conducting negotiations with event partners. Establish strong relationships measurement approach that allows to build a solid commercial business case for every event initiative - ideally measuring trial & conversion rate post event deployment.
- Management of leisure channel (NEO) covering merchandising, 1-2-1 activation and exclusivity agreements. Coordinate with Sales for availability of products, esp. for exclusive outlets. Ensure during all activities a balanced approach between building affinity and delivering impactful and commercially relevant programs. Develop for every leisure outlet on a yearly basis a solid commercial business case featuring clear recommendations in regards to stop, continue or intensify collaboration.
- Gain priority access to event proposals and facilitate ease of executing brand activation plans. Select and management of third party agencies to implement programs.
- Oversee the implementation of 1-2-1 activities in all channels to ensure programs are executed consistently, correctly and up to company standards. Such includes regular 1-2-1 visits in covered cities and attendance in events.
- Recruit brand ambassadors based on brand criteria / requirement and conduct brand ambassador trainings in order to ensure a consistent level of quality communication w/ consumers. Maintain this pool of Brand Ambassadors and ensure that their capability is constantly evaluated and enhanced through audit systems and training programs
- Evaluate programs versus KPI's and use learnings as input to drive efficiency and effectiveness of succeeding initiatives
- Budget management to optimize spend and proper tracking for alignment & responsible for establishing the full year Leisure & 1-2-1 Plan & budget allocation.
