Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics management will be given priority.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, solve problems and track multiple processes.
- Strong organisational and coordination abilities. This position requires constant coordination between the Doko’s site and operations staff as well as clients. Applicants that demonstrate an ability to multitask, coordinate, and organise depending on the pace of the day will be given preference.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position will require constant interaction with various Doko staff and clients. Preference will be given to those candidates who demonstrate strong English-speaking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
