M&E/Program Associate

Duty Station: Koshi province (Itahari, Birtamod)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Support in preparation of monthly and quarterly work plan and submits to the Program/M&E Specialist for further process.
  •  Ensure and complete daily entry of data in ONHIS, do regular analysis of daily achievement in CoPCT cascade.
  •  Analyze the data periodically and share to the team on regular basis for informed decision-making for program improvement.
  •  Support to prepare monthly collation sheets, ensure all reported data are accurate according to source and submits to Program Director.
  •  Update, manage, analyze and ensure data quality in online database system ONHIS.
  • Monitor recording process of services provided by outreach/DIC/clinical staff.
  • Assist CBS to prepare daily weekly and monthly plans as per the formats provided.
  • Document the minutes of monthly meeting and action points.
  •  Demonstrate relevant program achievement and success in the project office.
  • Support to conduct Data Quality Assessment and lead data verification process.

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum +2/intermediate passed in health and/or social science from recognized Institute with having minimum 1 year experience in PEPFAR supported HIV/AIDS, STI prevention program or any other relevant social organization.

 

Preferences:

  •  Preferred with having bachelor degree in public health
  •  Preferred for working experience of similar types of jobs with ability of data entry, analysis and interpretation.
  •  Knowledge of MS word, PowerPoint, excel, email& Internet.
  • Knowledge of local languages will be beneficial.
  • Local candidate will be given priority.
  • Advantage of two wheelers driving license holder.
  • Flexibility of working in off-hours (beyond standard office time) as needed.
