Job Requirements:
- Should have good knowledge of Electrical Power/Control System and Automation Devices (PLC,Drives,HMI, etc)
- Atleast 5 years of experience in FMCG company.
- B. Tech ( Mech/Elect/Electronics)
- Should have good knowledge s of Mechanical Machines (Bearings, shafts, couplings, gearbox etc.)
- Preparation of annual maintenance budget and controlling the cost as per budget.
- Responsible for minimizing the downtime MTBF and MTTR of all the equipment.
- Coordinate and regularly follow up with the Purchase dept for timely availability of spares.
- Identification & Implementation of Cost/Energy improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for Legal and safety compliance.
- Required Computer skills and knowledge of SAP (Maintenance Module)/ERP , MS Office applications such as Power Point, Word, and Excel.
