Skills and Qualifications:

Task Related

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related electro-mechanical field.
• 5 years plus experience in manufacturing industries, Dairy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Competencies and Soft Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Reports to: Sr. Maintenance Manager

Shift: Standard (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) from Sunday to Friday.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
• Planning and execution of maintenance-related tasks of dairy plant.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Prepare logs and records and provide reports to the upper management.
